  • Dr. Martin Riediker

    CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

    Martin has extensive experience working with numerous firms in the Biotech, Medtech, and Chemical industries. He served in roles including Global Business Head, CTO, and Chief Innovation Officer in the US and Europe. He is in the Board of multiple start-ups and provides support as Business Angel. Martin is an Alumnus of ETH Zürich, Princeton University , and Harvard University.

  • Stéphane Rousset

    BOARD MEMBER

    Business Angel, mentor and advisor. Stéphane focuses on Swiss technology start-ups. His corporate career was in the Information and Communications Technology industry. He held C-level positions at Fujitsu and Oracle, after various leadership positions at Digital Equipment, AT&T, and Global One. Stéphane is an alumnus of EPFL, the University of California at Berkeley, and INSEAD.

  • Prof. Dr. Patrick Shahgaldian

    BOARD MEMBER & FOUNDER

    Patrick is one of the founders of INOFEA AG and Professor at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. He leads the Molecular Nanotechnology research group and is the author of more than 90 peer-reviewed publications and of a dozen of patents. Patrick holds a MSc in Biochemistry and a PhD in Supramolecular Chemistry.

  • Giovanna Libralon

    BOARD MEMBER

    Giovanna received her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology. She brings 20 years of pharmaceutical experience in development and manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, covering different roles in R&D, Operations, and commercial functions for both Pharmaceutical and CDMO industries.

Dr. Anne Timm, CEO
Dr. Anne Timm, CEO

Anne worked for more than 30 years in the chemical industry holding various positions like Business Line Head (P&L), Global Key Account Manager and Head of Sales for various markets like pharma, medical devices, consumer care and crop protection. Anne started in 2018 as CBO at INOFEA and moved into the role as CEO in March 2019.

Prof. Dr. Patrick Shahgaldian, CSO
Prof. Dr. Patrick Shahgaldian, CSO

Patrick is Professor at the University of Applied Sciences (FHNW) near Basel, where he leads the Molecular Nanotechnology research group. He is the main inventor of the enzzen®- technology platform and co-founder of INOFEA. Patrick is the author of more than 90 peer-reviewed publications and of a dozen of patents. He is not on INOFEA’s payroll but supports INOFEA with his scientific experience

Dr. Rita Correro, CTO
Dr. Rita Correro, CTO

Rita started at INOFEA in 2017, first as Head of R&D and she is now responsible as CTO for R&D, Production and QA and as Group Leader for biocatalysis in small molecule API manufacturing. She developed INOFEA’s technology at FHNW as postdoc and graduated with a PhD in Biology focusing on Biochemistry at ETH Zurich.

Dr. Agnese Pisano, R&D Group Leader IVT

Agnese earned her Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Molecular and Industrial Biotechnologies from the University of Naples "Federico II" and her Ph.D. in RNA Biology from the University of Zurich. She has joined INOFEA as R&D Group Leader for IVT (In Vitro Transcription). Agnese is an expert in RNA processing enzymes and is passionate about the field of In Vitro Transcription. Her expertise significantly contributes to the company's strategic focus on Biologics. Agnese has developed valuable leadership skills, making her a strong asset in driving INOFEA's ambitious goals.

Dr. Carolina Giunta, R&D Group Leader Enzymatic Bioconjugation

Carolina joined the team of INOFEA in February 2021 as Project Leader. She graduated with a Ph.D. in chemistry in the field of enzyme bioconjugation at the University of Basel. Carolina has a deep experience in the application of the enzzen®-technology for empowering enzymes.

Emilio got a Master degree in Biotechnology for the Industry and for the Scientific Research at the University of Palermo (Italy) and he worked on our technology at FHNW in Muttenz for more than one year before joining INOFEA.

With a Chembiotech (Chemistry and Biotechnology) Engineering Degree at the University of Strasbourg and three Research Internships – Technological University of Dublin, CNRS and Matís – Alexie has a strong scientific background and she’s very familiar with enzymology techniques.
