Dr. Agnese Pisano, Business Development Leader

Agnese holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a master’s degree in Molecular and Industrial Biotechnologies from the University of Naples Federico II, and a PhD in RNA Biology from the University of Zurich. Her research focused on protein-RNA interactions during an internship at the Centre for Protein Engineering of the University of Liège and on RNA-processing enzymes in ribosome biogenesis during her PhD. She joined INOFEA as R&D Group Leader for mRNA in vitro transcription (IVT), contributing to enzyme development, customer projects and research partnerships. As Business Development Leader, she combines scientific expertise and R&D management experience to develop customer relationships, strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. Working closely with R&D, she translates customer needs into tailored solutions in enzyme design, production, immobilization and shielding, while leading scientific marketing and communication.
