DNase I

INOFEA’s DNase I efficiently hydrolyses single and double stranded DNA into a mixture of mono- and oligo-deoxyribonucleotides. The DNase I beads of INOFEA find application in the removal of DNA template after the completion of in vitro transcription reactions. INOFEA’s nuclease beads can be included in continuous or semi-continuous processes.
