Bioanalysis – Protein digestion enzymes

We have been formulating several protein digestion enzymes like trypsin, different proteases and peptidases for improved resistance to chaotropic conditions (high concentrations of urea, sonication, temperature). These are particularly relevant for the digestion and further characterization of complex and large proteins. We have recently successfully completed a proof of concept for the digestion of cross-linked proteins for the quantitative release of a biomarker.

Biotransformation enzymes

We have successfully demonstrated the added-value of our technology for enzyme-mediated bioconjugation or post-translational modifications of antibodies, and for the synthesis of building blocks using enzymes such as transaminase or glucosidase for example.

  • Chirality Bioingredient enzymes We have formulated the combination of glucose oxidase (GOX) and lactoperoxidase (LPO) for the safe use of their antimicrobial properties in personal care products.  Key benefits include:

  • Absence of immunogenicity: the enzyme is never in contact with the immune system, no antibody binding measured
