Dr. Martin Riediker, Chairman of the Board 

Martin received his education in Chemistry and Business and General Management. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the chemical industry and is in the Board of various start-ups. Martin is a Member of the Commission for Education and Research of Economie-Suisse, and among other responsibilities also President Engineering Sciences of the Commission for Technology and Innovation

Stéphane Rousset, Board Member

Business Angel, mentor and advisor. Stéphane focuses on Swiss technology start-ups. His corporate career was in the Information and Communications Technology industry. He held C-level positions at Fujitsu and Oracle, after various leadership positions at Digital Equipment, AT&T, and Global One. Stéphane is an alumnus of EPFL, the University of California at Berkeley, and INSEAD.

Prof. Dr. Patrick Shahgaldian, Board Member and Founder

Patrick is one of the founders of INOFEA AG and Professor at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. He leads the Molecular Nanotechnology research group and is the author of more than 90 peer-reviewed publications and of a dozen of patents. Patrick holds a MSc in Biochemistry and a PhD in Supramolecular Chemistry.

Giovanna Libralon, Board Member

Giovanna received her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology. She brings 20 years of pharmaceutical experience in development and manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, covering different roles in R&D, Operations, and commercial functions for both Pharmaceutical and CDMO industries
